Tonight I had the pleasure to speak with Ms Tomoe HAYASHI from the NHK Japan Broadcasting Corporation, for their upcoming documentary about Digital Natives. We did the interview with Skype, and it was very fun : talking with a japanese reporter in video conference from my home sounds definitely like the future as it was seen 20 years ago, happening right now.
We talked about trust in strangers on the net, looking for informations, my favorite objects (hint: my Macbook Pro as a digital media center and my iPhone), and the difference between my virtual self and my real self, which, but you know it, I don't believe in. I believe in an offline/online dichotomy, not virtual/real.
